2. Information we collect
- Order information: name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number, items ordered and order history.
- Payment information: handled directly by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We receive only a confirmation, the payment method type and, for cards, the last four digits and expiry date.
- Account information: if you create an account, your login details and saved addresses.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, phone, our contact form or withdrawal form.
- Newsletter: your email address and the date you agreed to receive our letters.
- Technical information: the essential cookies described in our Cookie policy, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type and pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security.

4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal, who act as independent controllers for the payment data they collect and apply their own privacy policies. They may use your information to prevent fraud.
5. Who we share information with
- Delivery companies, to deliver your parcel (name, address, phone number, email for tracking).
- Our website hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf under contract.
- Payment providers, as described above.
- Professional advisers and authorities where required by law.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK or the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses to protect your information.
7. How long we keep it
- Order and accounting records: 6 years after the end of the financial year of the order, as required by UK law.
- Customer messages: up to 2 years after the matter is resolved.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Accounts: until you ask us to delete your account (order records are then kept as above).

9. Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email support@kervanno.shop. We respond within one month.
10. Your US state privacy rights
If you live in California or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you may request access to or deletion of your personal information, and correction of inaccurate information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We treat Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out, and because we do not track visitors across websites, “Do Not Track” signals do not change how this site works. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11. Children
Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
12. Security
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to customer information is limited to people who need it to process orders.
13. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your information, please contact us first at support@kervanno.shop. We acknowledge data protection complaints within 30 days and tell you the outcome. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live.
