Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. We never add a surcharge for any payment method.
What will appear on my statement?
Charges appear as KERVANNO.
Which currency will I pay in?
Your shipping country sets the currency: GBP for the United Kingdom, EUR for eurozone countries and USD everywhere else. You can change your shipping country from the globe icon at the top of every page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order until it is dispatched. After dispatch, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery — see Returns & refunds.
Delivery and customs
Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
All orders are dispatched from Derby, United Kingdom, within 1–2 working days. Delivery then takes 2–4 working days in the UK, 4–8 in Europe, 5–10 to the US and Canada and 7–15 to the rest of the world. Full details are in our Shipping policy.
Will I pay import duties?
Orders to the UK carry no import charges. Orders delivered outside the UK are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid, so your country may charge import taxes, duties or a carrier handling fee on delivery.
Returns
How long do I have to return something?
30 days from delivery, for unworn and unwashed pieces with tags. UK and EU customers also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
How quickly will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of us receiving the return, usually within 5 working days, to your original payment method.
Products and care
Is the embroidery done by hand?
No. All our eyelet embroidery is machine-made, which keeps the holes even and the edges neat.
Can you see through the eyelet?
Our skirts and eyelet bodices are lined so the pattern reads without showing through. Where a piece is unlined, the product page says so.
What are your pieces made of, and how do I wash them?
The fibre composition and care instructions are printed on the label sewn into each piece. As a general rule for eyelet embroidery: wash inside out on a gentle cycle, avoid bleach, reshape the scallops while damp and dry flat away from direct heat.
How do the detachable collars and cuffs attach?
Collars tie at the back with ribbons (the sailor collar ties at the front); cuffs fasten with a button. They sit over a plain knit, tee or shirt without any sewing.
Sizing
How do I choose my size?
Use our size guide, which lists body measurements for each size. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for relaxed shapes and your usual size for fitted ones.
