These terms apply to every order placed on kervanno.shop. Please read them before ordering. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
1. About us
kervanno.shop is operated by CAMILLE LINGERIE LIMITED, trading as KERVANNO, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 06506128, with its registered office at Unit 2 Cotton Brook Road, Sir Francis Ley Industrial Estate, Derby, Derbyshire, DE23 8YJ, United Kingdom. 2. Our products
We sell women’s clothing and fabric accessories with machine-made eyelet embroidery. We describe each piece as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations in the embroidery are normal. Fibre composition and care instructions are printed on the label sewn into each piece.
3. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) for delivery to the United Kingdom, in euros (EUR) for delivery to eurozone countries and in US dollars (USD) for all other destinations. The currency is set by your shipping country and is shown next to every price. The delivery cost is shown before you pay. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, duties and carrier fees payable by the recipient — see our Shipping policy. If your card is issued in a different currency, your card provider may apply its own exchange rate and fees.
If we discover an obvious pricing error after you order, we will contact you and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
4. How the contract is formed
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This is not an acceptance. The contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we cannot accept your order — for example because an item is unavailable — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details. Payment is taken when you place your order. Charges will appear on your statement as KERVANNO. We do not add surcharges for any payment method.
6. Delivery
Delivery zones, times and costs are set out in our Shipping policy. Items are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us. If we have not delivered within 30 days of your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
7. Your right to cancel (UK and EU consumers)
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. See Returns & refunds for how to cancel, the model cancellation form and our online withdrawal form.
8. Returns and refunds
In addition to your legal rights, you can return items within 30 days of delivery on the conditions in our Returns & refunds policy.
9. Faulty goods and your statutory rights
We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If you are a UK consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days, and after that to a repair or replacement, or in some cases a refund. Consumers elsewhere have equivalent rights under their local law.
10. Promotions and discount codes
Any promotion states its terms where it is offered. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless stated, and are valid only for the dates shown.
11. Our responsibility for loss or damage
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products. We only supply products for domestic and private use.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control. If such an event affects your order we will contact you as soon as possible; you may cancel and receive a refund for anything not yet delivered.
13. Website use and intellectual property
The designs, photographs, text and graphics on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.
14. Your personal information
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.
15. Complaints
If you are unhappy, please contact us at support@kervanno.shop. We acknowledge complaints within two working days and aim to resolve them within 14 days.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
