Glasshouse Peplum Blouse

The Glasshouse blouse is fitted through the bodice to a waist seam, then flares into a short peplum made entirely of scalloped eyelet. A keyhole opening with a single button closes the back neck, and short cap sleeves keep the shoulders clean.
